Q: Do you have a cap in stock to fit my truck? |

A: Tri-County is the largest
stocking dealer in the state of Illinois. Between our four (4
) locations we stock several hundred different truck covers.
However, with all the different vehicle body styles and various
color offerings, it is physically impossible to have a cap on
hand in each and every combination. |

Q: What is your lead time on custom
ordered caps? |
| |
A: With the large number of caps that we handle,
our suppliers have a regularly scheduled weekly delivery to
all of our locations. Depending on the exact day that you place
an order, we can usually expect to have a custom ordered cover
within one to two weeks. This is a good faith estimate for delivery
and cannot be guaranteed. |

Q: Does the paint on your caps exactly
match the color of my truck? |

A: The words "exact" and "perfect
match" are difficult criteria to apply when speaking of
matching color from a vehicle to a painted truck cover. Although
everyone assumes that a vehicle color is identical from truck
to truck, the actual truth is that the manufacturers recognize
that a specific color can have variations in its appearance
due to environmental and mechanical factors during the production
process. Due to these vehicle variations,
nobody in the cap industry can realistically use the term "perfect
match".
From past experience, color problems are an extreme rarity.
Our cap suppliers do an excellent job providing us with quality
painted merchandise. In the event of a color issue, we will
do everything possible to achieve an "acceptable"
match to the color of your truck. |

Q: Do I need an appointment to have
a cap or other
accessory installed? |

A: For your convenience, it is always a
good idea to at least plan or call ahead for installation of
our products. We do provide same day install service whenever
possible, however, we do have a daily appointment schedule for
our customers and it is unpredictable whether or not there is
room to add another install if you stop in unexpectedly. Should
it prove impossible to provide you with "walk-in"
install service, we would be more than happy to set up an appointment
for you. |
